Rabi Lamichhane’s recording statement completed

Kathmandu: The statement recording of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane, who is accused in the cooperative fraud case has been completed.

Information Officer Suraj Adhikari said the recording of Lamichhane’s statement completed under the single bench of District Judge Nitij Rai.

Lamichhane’s recording statement was taken for 3 hours on Thursday. Lamichhane during the recording statement claimed that he was not involved in any crime as mentioned in the charge sheet.

The recording statement of Chabilal Joshi, Leela Pachahi and Rabi Lamichhane is completed. Now, Nature Herbd director  Ram Bahadur Khanal, Former Lawmaker Mina Gurung, Former Treausrer Aarati Gurung, Former director Lalit Bahadur Gurung , former director Krishna Bahadur Gurung’s recording statement remain.

Adhikari said after the completion of record statement of all defendants, there will an internal debate.
