Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane has been presented in the Kaski District Court for recording his statement.
According to a court source, Chairperson Lamichhane, an accused of cooperative fraud, organized crime, and asset laundering, was taken to court for recording the statement on Thursday.
Before that, a case was filed on Sunday, against 44 people including former Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Lamichhane.
