Rabi Lamichhane presented in court

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane, has been presented in Kaski District court for a remand extension.

Police presented Lamichhane and 4 other people in the court on Tuesday.

Kaski Police submitted an investigation report on the allegation of misappropriating the funds of a cooperative on Monday. They presented Gorkha Media’s former managing director Lamichhane and Vice Chairperson of the same media Chabilal Joshi, Nature Herbs director Ram Bahadur Khanal, G.B Rai and helper Leela Prachhai in the court.

Kaski Police said that former Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Lamichhane and others were taken to court for an additional remand extension, after the completion of 5 day remand extension.
