Undefeated streak of Janakpur Bolts continue in NPL; Lumbini Lions defeated by 1 run

 Kathmandu: Janakpur Bolts have registered their 4th victory in the Nepal Premier League (NPL).

Janakpur Bolts defeated Lumbini Lions by 1 run at TU International Cricket Ground on Sunday.

Captain Rohit Paudel scored 35 runs for the Lumbini Lions. Tom Moores contributed 31 and Arjun Saud 20 runs for the team.

Harsh Thaker took 5 wickets for the Janakpur Bolts. Lalit Rajbanshi, Sher Malla, and Kishore Mahato took 1-1 wickets for the team.

In the first innings, Janakpur Bolts scored 136 runs in 20 overs, losing 9 wickets.

Captain Anil Shah scored 45 runs for the Janakpur Bolts. Lahiru Milantha contributed 24 runs. Shubh Kansakar was unbeaten at 22 runs and Aasif Sheikh added 16 runs for the team.

Lumbini Lions’s Abhishesh Gautam took three wickets. Captain Rohit Paudel, Saad Bin Zafar, and Sudeep Jora each took two wickets.
