RSP Chairperson Lamichhane presented in court for remand extension

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane, who is under investigation for misappropriation of cooperative funds, has been taken to court for a remand extension.
Lamichhane was taken to Kaski District Court on Sunday.
According to a source, Kaski police presented former Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane, in the court demanding 13 days of remand.
Likewise, Lamichhae who was arrested on October 18 (Kartik 2), was taken to Kaski, Rupandehi, Kathmandu, and Chitwan. His statement was recorded regarding the embezzlement of Sahara Cooperative.
