Bhutan’s King Wangchuck arrives in Kathmandu
Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba welcomed King Wangchuck at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).

Kathmandu: Bhutan’s King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck has arrived in Kathmandu.
King Wangchuck arrived on Friday morning. Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba welcomed King Wangchuck at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).
The King will pay homage to Swayambhunath and Bouddhanath Stupa.
However, this is not the official visit of King Wangchuk to Nepal. The security has been tightened for his arrival.
The Bhutanese King arrived here after completing his visit to India. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said King Wangchuck is scheduled to return home today itself.
