UN and USA welcomed ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hezbollah

Kathmandu: The United Nations and the USA have welcomed the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon’s armed group Hezbollah.
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres welcomed the ceasefire agreement and urged both sides to implement strictly the ceasefire agreement.
According to AP, USA President Joe Biden said the ceasefire agreement was positive news and assurance for calling a ceasefire in the Gaza war.
Likewise, Israel and Hezbollah agreed to a ceasefire on Tuesday. After Israel launched an attack on Lebanon, by targeting Hezbollah, the war was going on between the 2 countries.
Israel’s Security Cabinet accepted the proposal for a ceasefire on Tuesday.
