Prasai’s case falls under joint justice Paudel and Pandey
A petition for habeas corpus was filed at the Supreme Court on Friday, on behalf of medical business owner Durga Prasai.

Kathmandu: The habeas corpus petition, filed on behalf of medical business Durga Prasai after his arrest in cybercrime, has fallen into the joint bench of Justice Mahesh Sharma Paudel and Nithyananda Pandey.
Earlier, a single bench Justice Manoj Kumar Sharma ordered to appear in the court along with Prasai.
A petition for habeas corpus was filed at the Supreme Court on Friday, on behalf of medical business owner Durga Prasai.
Prasai’s son Nirajan demanded his father’s release in the petition. CIB arrested Prasai from his residence on November 19 (Mangsir 4).
