CPN (UML) refuses to accept KMC’s ‘notice of fine’

Kathmandu: CPN (UML) has refused to accept the ‘notice of fine’, worth 1 hundred thousand rupees, sent by Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC).

The Metropolitan Team reached the CPN (UML) Party Office, Chyasal on Sunday,  to submit the notice of fine. However, the office representatives refused to accept the notice. They refused by saying they had cleaned it themselves.

Party Central Office Secretary Bhisma Adhikari claimed they would not pay a fine, as they had already cleaned the premises, where the assembly was held.

Likewise, the Metropolitan City Team returned after CPN (UML) refused to accept the notice.

CPN (UML) Chairperson KP Sharma Oli held an awareness assembly at Durbarmarg on Friday. The party claimed that they cleaned the garbage on the road by themselves.  But, KMC imposed a fine of one hundred thousand rupees, for not collecting waste.
