Kathmandu: Parents of the deceased players who died in the Sisneri landslide have padlocked the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA).

Parents padlocked ANFA, by demanding a High Inquiry Committee and organizing a sit-in program on Thursday.

There was a scuffle after police attempted to intervene. Some parents were dragged by the Police. Police stopped them at the gate, from entering inside.

Likewise, parents of deceased players who died in a landslide at Sisneri ANFA Academy organized a press meet on Tuesday. They said they wanted justice rather than compensation.

They said ANFA didn’t take the incident seriously. The demonstrators also showed dissatisfaction with the way ANFA has been irresponsibly handling the incident. They said they didn’t accept the team, which was formed to investigate the incident.

6 youth players died in a landslide at ANFA Academy, Makwanpur on September 28 (Asoj 12).
