Kaski District Court permits to keep Rabi Lamichhane in custody for another 13 days

Kathmandu: Kaski District Court has granted permission to keep Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane, who is arrested in the misappropriation of cooperative fund case, in custody for 13 days.

A single bench of Kaski District Court judge Navraj Dahal on Sunday allowed police to extend Lamichhane’s custody for another 13 days.

Lamichhane presented in court for extending his custody

Through the District Attorney’s Office, police requested an additional 25 days from the court for investigation.  The court also permitted to keep former DIG Chhabilal Joshi, Leela Prachhai, and Ram Bahadur Khanal in custody for 13 days.
