Dharapani 220 KV Substation construction underway; Khudi in final stage

Kathmandu: Under the Marsyangdi Corridor 220 kV Transmission Line Project, a 220 kV capacity substation is under construction at Dharapani, Nasong Rural Municipality–1, Manang.

The work is ongoing to complete the Dharapani substation within a year and a half.

Similarly, the 220 kV capacity substation under construction at Khudi, Marsyangdi Rural Municipality–3, Lamjung, has reached its final phase.

The remaining work for the Khudi substation is expected to be completed within the next three months.

The land for the Dharapani substation is being levelled, and the construction of civil structures, including the area where the power transformer will be installed and the control room, is progressing rapidly.
