Rabi, Chhabilal and others presented in Kaski District Court

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane, who was arrested in the cooperative fraud case, has been presented in the Kaski District Court.

District Police Kaski DSP Basanta Kumar Sharma said that Lamichhane, Chhabilal Joshi, Leela Prachhai, and Nature Herbs’ Ram Bahadur Khanal were presented in the court.

Police presented them in court for the extension of their remand, after their remand ended in the Tihar holiday.

Former Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane and former DIG Joshi are accused of misappropriating the funds of Pokhara’s Suryadarshan Cooperative.

Likewise, Prachhai and Khanal are connected with Gorkha Media Network’s Chairperson GB Rai.
