Kathmandu: People have lined up to purchase gold coins in Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB)’s Mint Division.
There is a tradition of purchasing gold and silver coins in Dhanteras. People started lining up to purchase gold coins at 5.30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Mint Division will be selling 2.5 grams of gold coins only today. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) said there are only 1400 gold coins. To purchase gold coins it is mandatory to show citizenship or other government documents.
