Rabi Lamichhane taken to Kaski Court

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swantantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane, who is arrested in the cooperative fraud case, has been taken to District Court, Kaski.

Lamichhane was taken to court, for the extension of his remand. Nepal Police is preparing to file 3 cases against Chairperson Lamichhane viz. embezzling the savings of Pokhara’s Surya Darshan Cooperatives Ltd., organized crime, and asset laundering.

RSP leaders, cadres, and well-wishers demonstrated inside the prohibition area. After that, even skirmish occur between the demonstrators and the police.
