Kathmandu: Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba who is currently in New York, to participate in the 79th Session of the United Nations General Assembly has requested the International Community to help in the safe release of Nepali youth Bipin Joshi.
Addressing organizations of the Non-Alignment Nations Ministerial meeting on Monday, Minister Dr Rana drew the attention of the international community for the release of Bipin Joshi.
She said Nepal is anxiously waiting to welcome Joshi and requested help from the international community for the release of Joshi. 10 Nepali were killed in a terrorist attack by Hamas in Israel last October.
After the attack, Joshi was kidnapped by Hamas. Minister Dr Rana said that Nepal Government has been demanding the safe release of Joshi, while condemning the attack.
