CPN (Maoist Centre): Expect Prime Minister, we would not let others speak

Kathmandu: The main opposition party CPN(Maoist Centre) has said that they would not let others speak except the Prime Minister at Parliament.

The House of Representatives (HoR) meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. CPN(Maoist Centre) is on the stance that they would not let others speak except Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

The party’s lawmaker Devendra Paudel said, ‘We will let the Prime Minister speak, apart from that we will not let others speak, before that we will ask for time to speak, we will watch how the Speaker will proceed.’

Likewise, the CPN (Maoist Centre) has warned that the parliament would not proceed until the word CPN(Maoist Centre) violence termed by CPN(UML) lawmaker Yogesh Bhattarai is removed from the record of the parliament.

Lawmaker Paudel said that they would let PM Oli speak. ‘He will be attending the United Nations General Assembly, because of that we will let him speak’ said Paudel.
