CPN(Maoist Centre) Chairperson Prachanda appeals cadres to expose leaders for speaking against constitution

Kathmandu: CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has appealed to cadres to expose ruling party leaders, who are giving statements against the constitution.

Addressing in Martyrs’ Sherman Kunwar ‘Bishal’ and Mohan Chandra Gautam ‘Kumar’ memorial program at the party central office, Persidada on Thursday, Prachanda made such an appeal.

Prachanda appealed to expose such a trend of attacks as no one has the excuse of attacking the political achievement, which was gained due to the sacrificial struggle of the Martyrs.

Pointing the interpretation of the civil war as ‘violence’ Chairperson Prachanda said,’ People war is called armed struggle by the constitution but in descriptive notes of the constitution, it is written that armed struggle will refer to CPN (Maoist Centre) people’s war and all parties have signed on it. But, now some leaders of the ruling parties term People War as violence, murder, and terror, and leaders who speak against the constitution should be exposed. The reality in the constitution should be brought to the people strongly,’ said Prachanda.
