Prachanda: Current new power in Nepal is CPN (Maoist Centre)

Kathmandu: CPN(Maoist Centre) Chairperson and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said Nepal’s new power is the CPN (Maoist Centre).

Addressing a press meet, organized by the Press Centre Nepal Banke at Nepalgunj on Sunday, Chairperson Dahal said there must be a course of political change for the formation of new power.

‘The new power in Nepal is the CPN(Maoist Centre). In today’s era, the power working in favor of the people is new, only the CPN (Maoist Centre) has that agenda’ said Prachanda.

‘We did not only raise the agenda but established it through the movement and scripted it in the constitution. By implementing the constitution, CPN (Maoists Centre) is needed again to change the lives of people through the political agenda we have raised, ’ said Prachanda.

Mentioning that the agenda of good governance, social justice, and prosperity put forward by the government under his leadership would be the central agenda to move the country forward, he expressed his belief that socialism could be reached through the steps.
