Bus carrying Nepali pilgrims meets with accident in India; More than 30 injured

Kathmandu: A bus, which was carrying Nepali pilgrims, has met with an accident, just a few days after a bus carrying Indian pilgrims met with an accident in Nepal.

The bus met with an accident at Samastipur, Bihar. Indian media, including Bhaskar.com, said more than 30 passengers have been injured.

A truck hit a bus no NA 7 KHA 6446 carrying 43 passengers was hit from behind on Saturday. According to Indian media, the condition of 5 passengers, including 1 teenager, is serious. The treatment of injured ones is going on at Mushrigharari Hospital and in private clinics.

Injured Nepali passengers are said to be residents of Bara district. The bus met with an accident while going to Deoghar, Jharkhand when it was carrying passengers for collecting holy water from the river.
