Kathmandu: The identification of the scooter driver has been identified.
According to District Police Range Bhaktapur, the scooter driver identified as Uttam Koirala of Okhaldunga.
Scooter no BA Pa 8944 which was stopped for checking by Traffic Police, was hit by Truck no Na 6 Kha 2173 from behind on Thursday at Gatthaghar.
Stressful situation at Gathaghar, after truck hit scooter
Koirala’s body has been taken for autopsy at Teaching Hospital. Police said that the truck driver had absconded and the search operation was going on.
