Dr. Mukul Dhakal reach Election Commission against RSP, demands not to update action decision

Kathmandu: Dr Mukul Dhakal has reached the Election Commission against the decision of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) dismissing from all official positions including the General Secretary.

Dr. Dhakal submitted an application to the Commission saying that the action taken against him was illegal on Sunday. RSP in the central committee meeting held on July 9 (Asar 25) dismissed Dr. Dhakal from the post of General Secretary, Spokesperson and Central Committee.

He demanded that if any letter received form RSP to update the details should not be implemented.

Likewise, he claimed that he didn’t receive any letter regarding the action taken by the party, instead, he came to know through the media. Dr. Dhakal mentioned in the application that the meeting held to take action against him was illegal
