Karnali Province: CPN (Maoist Centre) Ministers submit resignation to Chief Minister Kandel

Kathmandu: 4 Ministers, who participated in the Karnali Province government from CPN(Maoist Centre), have submitted their resignation to Chief Minster Yam Lal Kandel.

They resigned on Monday. Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning Mahindra KC, Minister for Social Development Bir Bahadur Shahi, Minister for Industry, Tourism Forest and Environment Minister Durga Rawat, and Minister for Energy Water Resources and Irrigation Rana Singh Pariyar submitted their resignation. They became Ministers on April 30 (Baishakh 18).

While accepting the Ministers’ resignation letter, Chief Minister Kandel thanked them for their cooperation. He said that the same thing will happen in politics. He promised to move forward with cooperation and agreement in the future.

Likewise, the CPN(Maoist Centre) withdrew its support to the government due to the change in the central government. CM Kandel is from the CPN (UML).
