Finance Minister Pun: Prime Minister’s resignation will not come under pressure

Kathmandu: Minister of Finance Barshaman Pun has clarified that the Prime Minister would not resign in someone pressure.

Minister Pun said that though PM Dahal is under pressure by the unity of CPN(UML) and Nepali Congress (NC), he will face the parliament.

Minister Pun while interacting with the media at Singhadurbar on Sunday, revealed that the PM wants to ask questions to CPN(UM) and NC about their formation while facing the parliament.

Likewise, He said it can be supported if the constitution is amended to go to the directly elected executive and fully proportional election system. He even said it was unacceptable after CPN(UML) and NC tried to step back from federalism, proportionality and inclusiveness.
