Kathmandu: The staging of ‘Purnabiram’ is going on at the Sarwanam Theatre, Kalikasthan.

The story of ‘Purnabiram’ is related to nature and the environment. The drama attempts to show the impact of increasing pollution and environmental change in the future of humans.

Likewise, the drama also incorporates the subject of the terrible situations, that could be caused by the misuse of science and the difficulties faced by the common people, even to meet the basic needs, due to the dual nature of politicians.

‘The Departure’: Garland of Love, Surrender and Sacrifice (Photo Feature)

Renex Basnet, Mina Purnima, Bibek Archrya, Sagun Taman, Mukesh Hamal, Samaira Shrestha, Yuvraj Thapa Magar, Sujan Bhahi, Sudisha Thapa Magar are actors in the play. The concept and direction of ‘Purnabiram’ is of Arush Magar. Poet Suraj Parajuli wrote the drama.

The drama will be staged every day at 5:15 p.m. except on Thursday.  There is also an additional show on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. The drama began on 1 July (Asar 17) and will conclude on 13 July (Asar 29).
