Kathmandu: CPN(Unified Socialist) has termed the Nepali Congress (NC) and CPN(UML) equal power equation as an opportunity.
Party Publicity Department Head Jagannath Khaitwada responded about the agreement between the 2nd largest party in the parliament, CPN(UML), and the Nepali Congress (NC).
Likewise, the CPN(Unified Socialist ), which is part of the ruling coalition, is busy with the 10th National Convention. Khatiwada from the convention venue, Kamladi said, ‘Unification of two major parties to form a government in the parliament is a dictatorial trend. It is a wasteful culture of Multiparty politics. It is a trap to the country in a cycle of instability.’
Similarly, Khatiwada said that the unity of the NC and CPN(UML) for the ruling coalition is also a threat to democracy. He also said that they would not accept the constitutional amendment with the help of the power deal as it would weaken the system.
