Dark file case: Case against SidhaKura’s editor and publisher

Kathmandu: A cybercrime case has been filed against the Editor of Sidhakura.com and 3 other people in charge of the dark file case.

The Office of Attorney General on Friday filed a case against the editor Naveen Dhungana, publisher Yuvraj Kandel and the person who said to provide audio. The case has been submitted to the Kathmandu District Court, by making them defendants.

Likewise, the Centre Investigation Bureau (CIB) investigated the dark file audio case, after the order of the court on 5 May (Baishak 23). Sidhakura .com published news saying that there was a deal with an agreement of the Court judge to settle the sting operation case.
