RSP: NC’s demonstration is shameful and unreasonable

Kathmandu: The ruling party Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has called the Nepali Congress (NC)’s demonstration shameful and unreasonable.

The discussion of policy and programs going on at the Parliament. But NC is demonstrating.

RSP Vice President and MP Dr. Swarnim Wagle said, ‘I never thought of speaking in such dignified parliament in an uncomfortable environment like this. Our inspiration and my political ideal B.P. Koirala set a standard 65 years ago, but we regret against the shameful, unreasonable, protests that changed the standard.  We express our strong objection to making the parliament house weight and parliament dignity irrelevant.’

He said NC should focus on solving the problems of 74 lakh cooperative depositors, instead of chanting slogans in parliament.

‘Taskforce is trying to make TOR in the matter. We should move forward to give justice to the depositors as a collective rather than focusing on individuals, ‘said Dr. Wagle.
