NC parliamentary party meeting commences

Kathmandu: The parliamentary party meeting of the major opposition Nepali Congress (NC) has commenced.

The meeting is going on at Lhotse Hall of the federal parliament building, New Baneshwor. According to the NC Secretariat, the management consultative meeting has been affected due to the parliamentary party meeting.

Nepali Congress is the parliamentary meeting and the parliamentary executive before the beginning of the parliament meeting.

The party will be discussing the strategies to deal with the accusations, targeting only Nepali Congress, of Deputy Prime Minsiter and Home Affairs Minister Rabi Lamichhane while speaking in the parliament on Sunday. The party will be forming an opinion regarding the roles to participate in the parliament meeting.

Similarly, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ is also seeking a vote of confidence in the parliament today. Nepali Congress has been obstructing the house sessions demanding the formation of the parliamentary inquiry committee in the cooperatives’ fund embezzlement case.
