Kathmandu: The meeting of the task force for preparing the Terms of Reference (TOR) of the parliamentary inquiry committee has begun.
The meeting for the preparation of the TOR is going on in the Ministry of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs. The Committee received the responsibility to prepare the task force for the investigation.
A task force has been formed to build the TOR as the ruling coalition and the opposition parties reach an agreement to form a parliamentary inquiry committee.
Ministry for Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Padam Giri will be leading the task force, which will prepare the TOR.
Rastriya Swatantra Party Member of Parliament (MP) Shishir Khanal, Nepali Congress (NC) MP Jeewan Pariyar and CPN (UML) MP Mahesh Bartuala are the other members of the task force.
There is an expectation that the parliament will be entering the agendas as an agreement has been reached for the formation of the parliamentary inquiry committee.
