Police recover woman’s dead body from wheat field

Kathmandu: Police have recovered a dead body of a woman from a wheat field. The woman who went missing on Saturday.

Shuv Devi Mandal (55 years old) resident of Hanspur-7 was murdered. She had gone parental house Shahidnagar -4, Nanupati, and went missing on Saturday at 7:00 p.m.

According to Police, during the search, Mandal’s body was found in a wheat field near the village at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday.  It has been found that Mandal has sustained injuries in different parts of the body.

Police suspect that someone might have murdered Mandal, and thrown her body in a field.  The investigation is going on by using trained dogs.

Likewise, Dhanusha Spokesperson and DSP Ranjan Awa said,’ Mandal went to celebrate the New Year at her parental house. And after she went missing, her dead body was found. Her body sustains a number of injuries. It appears to be a murder. An investigation is underway.’
