Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and CPN (UML) Chairperson KP Sharma Oli have held talks on the latest contemporary political topics in the country.
A meeting was held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers on Friday. The 2 leaders learned to have discussed the session of the Federal Parliament among other topics, besides the contemporary political issues. Interacting briefly with the media persons in Singha Durbar after the meeting, UML Chairperson Oli said the meeting of the House of Representatives could not be held due to the main opposition party, the Nepali Congress.
Likewise, Oli answered the queries of journalists about whether the Parliament session is going to be prorogued because of the government not giving it business, He said,’ It’s because the Congress obstructed it.’
