Bishwa Prakash Sharma: Formation of parliamentary committee to investigate cooperative fraud

Kathmandu: The main opposition party Nepali Congress (NC) has maintained its stance of forming a parliamentary committee to investigate the cooperative fraud case.

In the parliament meeting on Wednesday, NC General Secretary Bishwa Prakash Sharma objected to the Prime Minister (PM) and Members of Parliament (MP) for making  Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane innocent without confirmation from the investigation.

NC claiming the involvement of the Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister in cooperative fraud and has been demanding the resignation of Lamichhane since 7 March (Falgun 23).
