Celebration of newly-elected NA Chairperson Narayan Prasad Dahal
Kathmandu: Narayan Prasad Dahal has been elected as the Chairperson of the National Assembly (NA).
Dahal defeated the Nepali Congress candidate Yubaraj Sharma to become the NA Chairperson.
Dahal, just after being elected as the NA Chairperson, has promised to increase the weight and dignity of the assembly.
He said that he would seriously work on the questions raised regarding the effectiveness of the National Assembly.
