Man beaten to death in Dhangadi

Kathmandu: One man has died due to a neighbor beating in Dhangadi.

According to Inspector of Police Upendra Bam, District Police Office, Mahesh Rana (35 years old) died from a neighbor beating at Dhangadi village, Dhangadi Sub Metropolitan City -8 on Sunday night.

A neighbor couple Min Bahadur Chaudhary and some other people entered Rana’s house and beat him up. Police have arrested 5 people including Chaudhary’s wife Poonam Chaudhary (29 years old), their daughter, and other 2 persons for their involvement in the incident.

Likewise, Inspector Bam said that the injured Rana died during a course of treatment at Seti Provincial Hospital. Police said that further investigation is going into the incident.
