NC: PM Dahal committed political cheating

Kathmandu: Nepali Congress (NC) has commented about Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ for politically cheating the party. NC said that CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairperson and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has committed political dishonesty.

Nepali Congress concluded PM Dahal’s political dishonesty, after 3 days of the formation of a new coalition by breaking the alliance led by the NC. NC Chief Whip Ramesh Lekhak said that the meeting of the parliamentary party, in New Baneshwor on Monday, decided to withdraw the support given to the Dahal-led government.

‘Prachanda betrayed and broke the coalition. He showed imaginary, fictional and imagined reasons. We have taken this as political cheating. We kept on following the agreement. Unbelievably he broke the alliance. And turned the nation towards uncertainty,’ said Chief Whip Lekhak.

NC’s Central working meeting already decided to withdraw its support. Lekhak said that NC was committed to protecting the Constitution and strengthening the system despite the breakage of the coalition.
