Infant Theif Singh admitted to Hospital after heavy bleeding

Kathmandu: The arrested infant thief woman has been admitted to the KMC Hospital, Sinamangal.

Police admitted Mana Kumari Singh to the hospital, who stole a 26-day infant on Friday from Paropakar Maternity and Women’s Hospital (PMWH), as she was heavily bleeding.  District Police Range Kathmandu Spokesperson and Superintendent of Police Navraj Adhikari said that she was admitted to the hospital as she was bleeding heavily.

Police arrested Singh, after 8 hours of stealing the infant, from Kadhaghari, Kathmandu. According to a Police source, Singh had faced a miscarriage a few days ago. Due to this, Singh was bleeding heavily and was admitted to the hospital. Singh is from Dailekh. Singh’s husband and sister have also been arrested in the case.

Sabina Shrestha (22 years old), a resident of Chauri Deyrali Rural Municipality, Kavrepalanchowk phoned police to inform them about her 26-day infant being stolen from the PMWH.
