Kathmandu: The ruling coalition party Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa has said all the political parties must unite to stop the ongoing attacks on the acquired achievements.
Addressing the interaction program on the subject of Information handover and democracy, Thapa said that the achievements acquired through the fight of all the political parties were facing different attacks.
Thapa said that it was impossible to stop the attack until the unity among all the political parties. He said that the involvement of the political parties in accusing each other was diverting the mind from stopping the attack.
Similarly, he said that all political parties and leaders must unite to discuss the measures to protect the achievements. Thapa said that the impact on society must also be considered while talking about press freedom. He said that special attention must be paid to the media houses misusing their rights.
