CPN (Maoist) Convention: 199 central committee member to be formed

Kathmandu: 199 members have been proposed in the CPN (Maoist Centre) Central Committee.

CPN (Maoist) Chairperson and PM Dahal made that proposal while presenting the synthesized legislation during the 1st legislative convention that began on Tuesday.

Likewise, PM Dahal had proposed a 151-member central committee while presenting the draft legislation. The convention representative, on suggesting upon the proposal, said that to expand the central committee.

Similarly, PM Dahal said the party election symbol would not be changed. He said that it would be discussed in the upcoming days. Most of the groups had proposed to change the name and election symbol of the party in the convention.
