Nepal makes clean sweep victory in bilateral series against Canada

Kathmandu: Nepal has registered a clean sweep victory over Canada in the bilateral series. Nepal defeated Canada by 9 wickets to win the match against Canada on Monday in T.U. International Cricket Stadium.

Nepal chased the target of 233 runs in 44.3 overs with loss of 1 wicket. Anil Sah and Bhim Sharki contributed wonderful centuries to bag the series by 3-0. Anil was unbeaten in 112 runs. He hit 12 fours and 2 sixes out of 124 balls. Bhim Sharki was also unbeaten at 101 runs. He hit 11 boundaries and 1 six out of 101 balls. Dillon Heyliger took 1 wicket for Canada.

In the first innings, Canada scored 232 runs in 50 balls with a loss of 8 wickets. Navneet Dhaliwal scored 50 and Nikhil Dutta 45 runs for the team. Hemant Dhami took 3 wickets for Nepal. It was the debut match of Dhami. Kushal Malla took 2 wickets for Nepal. Aakash Chand and Lalit Rajbanshi took 1 wicket each for the team.
