CPN (Maoist Centre) Bista accuses judge as corrupt in Arun Chaudhary case

Kathmandu: The ruling party CPN(Maoist) National Assembly(NA) member Nar Bahadur Bista has coined Judge Yagya Prasad Achraya as a criminal.

NA Bista, while addressing the NA meeting on Monday, accused Kathmandu District Court Judge Yagya Prasad Acharya of being corrupt and criminal regarding the case of Arun Chaudhary as he ordered to release of Chaudhary within 2 days.

Likewise, Bista has expressed his dissatisfaction over the transfer of Judge Acharya to Mugu and demanded judicial council take action against those who do unethical work.

He even said though the government is doing good work, the country is still affected by corruption and poverty.
