Relatives of Nepali emigrants demonstrates in front of Russian Embassy (Photo Feature)

Kathmandu: Families and Relatives of Nepali emigrants, who are recruited in the Russian military, have demonstrated in front of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Baluwatar.

They demanded to bring back the corpses of their close ones, who died in the war,  distribute proper compensation, and provide updated information on contactless.

Their main demand is to bring back the recruited Nepali emigrant in the Russian military. They also put forward their demand to stop the recruiting process in the Russian military from now onwards.

Relatives request Govt. to initiate rescue operation for Nepali emigrants from Russian military

The application of Nepali emigrants, through brokers, is increasing after Russia announced that it would recruit foreign nationals into its military.

The government doesn’t have exact details of the total number of Nepali emigrants, who have joined the Russian military. Similarly, relatives and family members requested to stop the recruiting process and bring back the recruited ones.
