Dharan’s Mayor Harka Sampang Rai boycotts NA Election

Kathmandu: Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City Mayor Harka Sampang Rai has also boycotted the National Assembly Election.
Earlier KMC Mayor Balen Shah boycotted NA. Mayor Sampang boycotted the NA Election by showing his busy schedule.
He said that due to his busy schedule, he wouldn’t cast a vote. Whereas, voting in the Province capital Biratnagar has reached its final stage.
