U-19 World Cup: Nepal competing against Pakistan

Kathmandu: The national cricket team of Nepal is competing against Pakistan in the ICC U-19 World Cup Cricket Tournament.

The match between Nepal and Pakistan will start at 1:45 pm in Buffalo Park, South Africa. This is the second match of Nepal in the tournament.

Nepal is seeking its first victory in this match. Nepal had lost its first match against New Zealand. But, Nepal is hopeful of presenting a good competition for the team Pakistan.

Nepal has a record of winning a match against Pakistan in a previous season of the U-19 World Cup. Nepal won the match against Pakistan in 2002 A.D. It was the first time that Nepal had competed against test-playing nation Pakistan. This is the eighth participation of Nepal in the U-19 World Cup.

Nepal is in Group ‘D’ along with Pakistan, New Zealand and Afghanistan. Nepal will play the third match of the Group division against Afghanistan on 27th January.
