Kathmandu: The national team of Nepal has lost the match against Pakistan.

Nepal lost the match against Pakistan by 5 wickets in Buffalo Park, South Africa on Wednesday.

New Zealand and Pakistan have entered the Super 6. The winner of the match between Nepal and Pakistan will also enter the Super 6.

Pakistan chased the target of 198 runs in 47.5 overs with the loss of 5 wickets. Azan Minhas was unbeaten at 63 runs. Shamyl Hussain and Shahzaib Khan scored 37 runs each for the team. Aakash Chand 3 wickets for Nepal. Dipesh Kandek and Aakash Tripathi took 1 wicket each for the team.

In the first innings, Team Nepal was packed up in 50 overs and scored 197 runs. Opener Bipin Rawal contributed 39 runs, which was the maximum for the team. Nepal will compete against Afghanistan in the last match of the group stage.
