ICC U-19: Nepal sets target of 198 runs to Pakistan

Kathmandu: Nepal has posted a target of 198 runs to Pakistan at the ongoing match of the ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup.

Team Nepal was packed up in playing 50 overs and scored 197 runs in Buffalo Park, South Africa.

But couldn’t bat as expected only a few batsmen were able to score runs opener. Bipin Rawal contributed 39 runs, for the team.

Deepak Dumre contributed 26, Captain Dev Khanal 23, Subash Bhandari 20, and Gulshan Jha 18 runs for the team. Dipesh Kandel scored 13,  Arjun Kumal and Akash Tripathi contributed 6 runs each. Uttam Magar contributes only 4 runs. Durgesh Gupta was the dugout.  Aakash Chand was unbeaten at 16 runs.

Similarly, Pakistan’s bowlers Arafat Minhas took 3 wickets and Ahmad Hussain took 2 wickets.
