Police present Bamjan in Sarlahi District Court

Kathmandu: Police have presented Ram Bahadur Bamjan in Sarlahi District Court. Police said that Bamjan was presented as soon as court opened.

According to Sarlahi Superintendent Police (SP) Prabin Dhital, the Centre Investigation Bureau (CIB) brought Bamjan to the Police Station on Wednesday night.

Bamjan case has been placed in the single bench of Judge Bishnu Prasad Regmi. Hearing is going on after taking Bamjan’s statement.

Similarly, a hearing is going on demanding 12- 14 years imprisonment for Bamjan. The judge will give an order about prosecuting the case whether to keep Bamjan in custody or release him on bail or dates.
