Supreme Court orders to show reason in writ against NRB Governor Adhikari

Kathmandu: The Supreme Court has ordered to show reason in a writ against Nepal Rastra Governor (NRB) Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari.
The single bench of Sushma Lal Mathema The Court issued an interim order to call both sides for the discussion.
The writ petitioner mentioned that Adhikari’s academic qualification was not as per the Nepal Rastra Bank Act 2058 and demanded the dismissal of Adhikari.
