UN warns against Human Crisis in Gaza

Kathmandu: The United Nations (UN) has warned about the collapse of the humanitarian system in Gaza due to the ongoing war between Hamas and Israel. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres alerted the member countries of the Security Council regarding the chances of the humanitarian system collapsing in Gaza.

UNGS Guterres expressed his concerns about the disturbance in the public order in Gaza due to the Israeli bombing and lack of essential supplies. He drew the attention of the members to make member countries aware of the chances of the spread of the epidemic and the pressure of mass displacement in neighboring countries.

Likewise, Israel has permitted the supply of minimum requirements of fuel to Gaza to avoid the catastrophe.
