Registrar Company unknown about Ncell’s latest share transaction

Kathmandu: The Office of the Company registrar has commented that it was unaware of the latest share transaction of Ncell.
The Company Registrar commented on Ncell’s transaction on Wednesday.
According to the Company, it has not received any letters, regarding the transaction, from Ncell.
The share transaction of Ncell’s Malaysian partner Axiata is creating buzz in the nation. It has been suspected that the company has withdrawn its share to evade tax.
